This is a club for everybody, and it is important to stress that anyone is welcome to be a member of BMWOCSD. We do not require that you own a BMW motorcycle, or any motorcycle for that matter. If you are interested in becoming a member of this club then we assume that you are at least an admirer of BMW motorcycles. All family members are welcome at all club events, and we do hope they will decide to join the club too.

The International Brotherhood of Motorcycle Campers is a family-oriented, non-brand-specific club composed of a very diverse group of people who have one thing in common: we like to ride and camp. We ride Hondas, Kawasakis, Suzukis, Yamahas, BMWs, Harleys, Guzzis, and Triumphs. We can be found camping in everything from expensive motorcycle camping trailers to $29 Wal-Mart tents. We tour on big highway bikes, scooters, and everything in between.

We are a group of riders who tend to spend all day in the dirt when we can, but can also ride on the road to get to the fun. Whether you have a big 1200 Adventure bike, or a street legal 450, you're in for a great ride!
San Diego and Southern California are great places to ride, almost always sunny, with plenty of desert, mountains, beach, and even south of the border adventure. We promote safe and responsible riding, while following the "Tread Lightly" philosophy to preserve the outdoor treasures we all share. We have informal rides that you can learn about by keeping an eye on the forums page, as well as AMA sanctioned organized rides.

We started in 1983 with a $10,000 goal and ended up raising close to 2.5 million dollars towards the eradication of breast cancer! Now the Women’s Motorcyclist Foundation is ready to go back to its roots… sort of! Get ready for DIRTY for GOOD!
WMF’s early projects involved creating fun, dynamic rider educational events through its series of Women’s Motorcycle Festivals. Now, WMF will use its event management skills and the knowledge gained from recently hosting five dual sport/adventure riding events towards creating dirt/dual sport and adventure riding opportunities which will focus on rider training with a charitable element targeting two new fundraising goals.
