built in 1904 by Lemual Shattuck and Jacob Schmid and located at 20 Brewery Avenue, Bisbee AZ. At the time it was completed, it was touted as Bisbee's first "skyscraper". Once housed the fanciest saloon and gaming hall in town. Now a VRBO location.
