We had a great Christmas season and New Year. This was the first year when Anthony could really participate in opening his gifts. He ripped into them with gusto. The hazzard now is too many toys. It's a tough life when so many people want to get you stuff for Christmas and your birthday.
The weather was great so he was able to enjoy many new outdoor toys. A cool trike, tractor and matching trailer. Then, we had a chance to meet up with Jer and his family in Monterey. It was great for all of us to see the great displays at the aquarium again. On New Year, Deb and I enjoyed a rare day with nothing we "had to" get done. So I took advantage of the great weather and road the crest trail on my Suzuki DR 650 motorcycle. Just after New Year we enjoyed the official celebration of Anthony's 2nd birthday. All in all, a busy few weeks. Click any of the pictures for more. |

We enjoyed a great weekend with friends from San Ramon along with camping and a day at the Salinas Airshow. Here's the pictures , mostly of the airplanes. Gee, I wonder who was running the camera?
The U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds were the anchor and closing performance but we also saw a F-18F, F-15E and numerous prop aerobatic performances. The F-15E finished with a heritage fly-by with a WWII P-38 Lightning. |

We've added ice cream to the products available at our Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Take a look at a few more pictures of our first day selling ice cream.
Doc Burnstein's ice cream is well know for great taste and fun flavors all through in the central coast area. They make it locally and deliver directly to us. To promote the introduction of ice cream, we borrowed the Burnstein classic delivery truck for the weekend. It's a 1958 GMC delivery van. It actually has air conditioning! Fun stuff and great tasting ice cream! |

Way more cool cars than I could take pictures of. And the location is perfect with the beach and ocean right behind the cars on the main street. Some of the best cars were out on the pier. Check out a few . |
